i was here for 2 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for lunch and dinner. the bathroom was marble-lined, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the location was perfect, for example, amalfi coast was relatively close to the hotel.

Spectacular views of the town and sea from large and air-conditioned rooms. A mini bar, satellite TV, and climate control in the room. Location short walk to footpath, Atrani instead of Amalfi -- much quieter and the outdoor restaurant...

Its incredible, secluded location was a plus. Most of the staffs were lovely and awesome.

The staff member that helped us with the luggage and directed us towards the hotel was not that helpful. He was very young, spoke minimal English and is probably still in training so lacked professionalism. The thing that got to me was that when we arrived, he picked the smaller of our 2 suitcases, the went up the stairs to the hotel quickly without checking on us while we were left behind to bring our large suitcase up 3 flights of stairs to the hotel. After check out, no one helped us carry our suitcases down 3 flights of stairs back to the car. So if you want to stay at the hotel, make sure you pack lightly.

Customers should be aware that there is a long staircase to get to the hotel and no alternative. Yet, that is the trade off for a great location in the core of an old town.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the charming town center. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and they even arranged tours and taxis for us. The room was spacious and had a breathtaking view from both the window and the rooftop. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, which was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. I had a fantastic experience and I can't wait to come back!

Beautiful location, cool new decor, modern amenities throughout. Excellent breakfast each morning, beach towels provided for use at free town beach. Rooftop solarium was incredible - we used it at night only, but fabulous views of the village and the sea - with glass of Limoncello - unbeatable!

Your website should definitely state that there are many (87, to be exact) stairs to be climbed to reach the reception area of the hotel. Once inside, there is an elevator, but nonetheless, many older folks would have a real problem with all of those stairs. My husband and I are 70 and 66 years old, in fairly good shape, and it was often a bit of a struggle. I may have hesitated had I known about all those stairs.

the room we stayed in was quite small and cramped. Although there were enough amenities, the quality of the furnishings and linens was not up to our expectations.

We stayed for 6 nights. A beautiful room looking over town and sea. Go to the 6th floor and lie on the deck chairs on the huge terrace in the evening as the sun sets. The staff are very helpful.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with very friendly personnel at the reception desk. The breakfast is savoury and varied with outdoor seating option and the location is perfect!

Dramatic setting against the cliff. Away form the tourist drag, but only 10 mins walk. Staff are superb. For Italian breakfast- very good. Fresh delicious pastries and fruit. Oranges from the local tree if you're lucky!

Control AC form your room- we were in room 301, couldn't open the windows at night because the church bell rang every 15 mins. So we needed the AC on. Staff kept switching the temperature to a different level, in spite of regular requests to keep AC on at a lower temperature. Internet- do away with 5 hour password and give 24 hour passwords. Fancy. stylistic hotel deserves glass tumblers surely? Particularly if you want to enjoy a glass of vino from your jacuzzi!
